FLYING SOLO COUNSELING

Fees for counseling services at FLYING SOLO vary. Some medical insurance is accepted:

• Anthem (with "rider") Blue Cross & Blue Shield
• AMO
• Benefit Plan Management
• Cigna
• Magellan
• Health Partners
• Martin's Point

    Patient Advocates

• Teamsters Behavioral Health
• Value Options

Many of these insurance plans require pre-authorization prior to the first visit. Unfortunately, Cheryl Klein is not a provider for Medicare, MaineCare or Medicaid.

Insurance co-pay fees are required at each session; receipts are available, as well as statements for medical reimbursement accounts.

Two other insurers, Harvard Pilgrim and United Behavioral Health Care, may be willing to consider coverage, but clients with these insurance carriers must cover fees and then seek reimbursement from their insurer. s

SLIDING SCALE fee: clients who are not utilizing medical insurance are encouraged to determine an affordable fee, from $75 to $105 (USD) per visit. "Honor" system; no financial records or paystubs required.

Fees for office visits may be paid by cash or check and are due at each visit. EMAIL fees: $25 (USD) per email. EMAIL fees must be paid in advance. 

Fees for community enrichment personal growth courses: $25 (USD) per unit; there are 6 units (lessons) per course and clients may take up to 3 months to complete each course.
