FLYING SOLO COUNSELING

FLYING SOLO office visits are scheduled in South Windham, Maine. Office sessions run 45-50 minutes, are generally scheduled weekly. So that all may be scheduled according to need, clients are asked to provide 24 hours notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled session. Clients who do not provide 24 hours notice (emergency situations excepted) are required to pay a $35 cancellation fee.

FLYING SOLO's office space includes a waiting area, designed to promote peace and relaxation, offering magazines and books presenting healthy alternatives. Children (accompanied by adult) are encouraged to enjoy the waiting area's toys and books.

Sessions are held in a family room, seating on a comfortable sofa, with a large, window looking out upon trees, grass and wildflowers. In addition, for use in some family work, there miniatures (therapeutic toys), playhouse, games, art supplies, sandtray and much more.

In accordance with HIPAA, privacy of information and confidentiality of face-to-face counseling is described in the office disclosure statement and Notice of Privacy Practices. Office hours:
